I think that I definitely can teach other people how to integrate. I learned it when I was in 11th grade. We studied it at school and I also self-studied it on a deeper level because I was additionally preparing for harder exams and calculus outside of school curriculum on my own. I think that I can teach others by explaining it on the examples and using plots for this, because basically the integral is the area under the curve. One of the definitions, like geometric one, and you can just draw it and people actually will understand it because usually in sciences for example you use this particular definition you don't just solve integrals because you want to find this area under the curve to understand the specific measurement. I feel very good about knowing the skills because I do use it a lot. I'm doing research in polydopamine composites where I need to find toughness which is the area under the stress-strain curve. So I use integrals, however I don't really calculate it myself because I have a code to do this for me. I still think that knowing what exactly code does and what is this area means is extremely good for general knowledge, deeper knowledge of what I'm doing and I also can explain it to other people than presenting my findings which I think very important. As I said before I think that understanding integrals via the definition of the area is the best way to learn and as a result it is very useful for others to learn from this definition specifically.
