I don’t remember the exact name of this paper or in which journal it was published, but I found it on the internet on the source called Science Daily, which introduces people to different articles. I don’t really know from what place they get them, but these are verifiable and trustable articles that everybody can read. I’m very interested in this topic because I have a pretty bad eyesight and I wear contact lenses nearly every day. So I didn’t really find safety tips useful because I knew about them, they are pretty general. However, I found out a lot about the underlying reasons for these safety tips and saw them in the new light. before I was a person who would occasionally forget to put lenses down after the whole day wearing them or go to the shower while wearing them and so on and so forth. Turns out it’s pretty bad for the eyesight and might lead to blindness. For example, showering in lenses is extremely dangerous because there’s bacteria or a knob or something like this that eats cornier and when you showering in lenses, it gets into your eyes with water and gets stuck there because of the plastic in your eye and it might eat your eye and you can lost the eyesight which was very terrifying to read. And I feel extremely glad that I read this article because now I understand the causes of these safety tips much better and it makes me to really think twice before going against with precocious.
