Well I believe in learning and always try to learn something new here. I would like to talk about a cooking skill which I learned but it was really a difficult task for me. I learned this skill during lockdown in Covid-19 when I was free at home. It was the just time to utilize on this necessary skill as I have planned to go abroad for my higherir education so I had to learn the skill to prepare food for myself over there. Before learning this I didnt have knowledge about cooking. Then I decided to learn this skill with the help of my mother ah as she is very good cook and make dishes very delicious. However, it was not a cup of tea for me to learn and I was talking too much time uh to understand the process even I took a lot of time to learn the spic name. I failed many time to add proper ingredient and spices in vegetable and she used to teach me in a very polite manner again and again and also inspired me to learn. Beside this, the most difficult part of cooking was learning about round flat bread roti. I was not able to shape it properly or sometime I was harder to eat. Then she advised me about the quantity of du in order to give round shape to bread or chapati and I didn’t lo my hope after the hard work of around one month I learned cooking skill in my teenage. In addition, I also learned some new dishes with the assistance of YouTube channel. After learning this skill I felt over the moon because now I am not dependent on anyone for few to cut the story into shortoot this is a skill that I learned in my childhood.

My mother patiently taught me again and again, always encouraging me to keep trying. The most difficult part was learning to make round flatbread, called roti. I couldn't shape it properly, and sometimes it was too hard to eat. My mother advised me on the amount of dough needed to make a round shape. Despite the challenges, I didn't give up. After about a month of hard work, I finally learned how to cook. I also learned some new dishes with the help of YouTube channels. Learning to cook made me feel incredibly happy because I was no longer dependent on anyone else. In short, this is a skill I learned in my childhood that has been incredibly valuable to me.
