I would like to talk about the new skill that I learned, which is speaking Mandarin. I decided to learn Mandarin because I studied in Taiwan before, around 2006, about 10 years ago. Learning the language is very useful, and I tried to communicate, especially with the local people. However, at that time, I didn't have much time to learn the language. Now, when I started to work, I got many colleagues from Taiwan University, so I decided to learn it to engage well with them. Where did I learn this? I went to the language training center available at my workplace in Sri Lanka. I joined the class for quite some time, starting from very basic skills in pronunciation and moving on to daily conversation. I felt really enthusiastic about the progress, and if I can master this skill, I believe it can improve my career in the future.

I would like to talk about the reason skill that I learned which is learning Mandarin, which is speaking in Mandarin. I decided to learn Mandarin because I used to study in Taiwan before, around 20, 60, it’s about 10 years ago. So actually my learning is very useful and I try to communicate especially with the local people but at that time I have no much time to learn about the language and now when I start to work I got many college from Taiwan University, Taiwan University so I decide to learn in place that I so that I can engage well with them. Where Where do I learn this? I got to the language training center, which is available in my workplace in Sri Lanka. I tried to join the class for quite some time, and starting from a very basic skill of pronunciation, example and making to a daily conversation. I felt it’s really, I’m really enthousiast with the progress and if I can master this skill, I feel like it can make my career better in the future.
