Today I would like to talk about a time when I listened to a science lecture. Although I was not very interested in it, but I kept listening because I am in lecture and no other activity left to do except listening. It happened about a few years ago when I attend a science lecture at my school. I am very interested in commerce but due to the family pressure I need to pursue my education in science and I am not very confident about it because I received a poor grade in my tenth board examination. During my first lecture the teacher explained me the three main branch of science which are chemistry, physics and biology. In the physics section, she particularly taught about the new innovation and robotics and the scientific experiment that was carried out by scientists. And in biology section, she explained about the anatomy and physiology of the human body, which I found quite interesting. But however, the chemistry part was quite challenging for me because I didn’t understand much about the chemical formula. Overall this experience was quite frustrated and exhausted for me because everything was new and I didn’t understand any information at the very first time. But I don’t want to interrupt my teacher and I don’t want to even miss the important lecture because after some topics I realized that the science is very creative and helpful field for me because it broaden my career prospect and have a global opportunity to work in the future. Although it was very challenging part for me and it teach the importance of patient when the topic is not much interested to us.
