For example I can do massage deep tissue and I know post-isometric relaxation and I am doing strong massage therapy if my client feel pain, I can reduce my exert and massage is is a good variant for relaxation. I practiced it a very long time and I know many different skills than I used them. But now I’m learning and I won’t improve my professional skills in the future.
