Alright, so I am going to tell you about a skill that I have learned two months back. I have learned a new skill which is called joint manipulation. I will give a little bit of background that I am a physical therapist, so this skill is very essential for me to treat my patients. On top of that, my senior colleague had a session with me when he told me how to manipulate a joint. So I became a subject for him so that I can feel how he's doing that particular technique. Firstly, he told me that we do have some landmarks on the shoulder joint. He told me about the shoulder joint, what the landmarks are, and that we cannot miss those landmarks which we have to know before doing that manipulation. He told me that after he tells me how to give pressure and how to give distraction. In a way, I have learned how to use that manipulation technique on every joint in the human body. Additionally, I would like to tell how it could be impactful. I think he has a lot of experience, so he can teach me a great technique or like in a great way so that I can be good at that thing. Secondly, I would say he has a lot of perfection in his art, so that's why I want to learn from him. It also created a lot of impact on me as I have used that technique on many of my patients and they have given me a lot of great feedback. So it was a great pleasure for me when I got these kinds of reviews from my patients. Overall, I would say it was a great session with my senior colleague and I have learned a great technique from him.
