If you are talking about the skill that I learned from observing others, the first one which comes to my mind is probably the one that I learned by watching how my parents do it. I am talking about communicating and making strong bonds. Remembering the time when I learned it, it was quite a hard thing because I was looking in my purse and trying to figure out how they're making strong bonds. I looked at how to start dialogue, what they ask, and how they communicate efficiently. And the way I practiced it was pretty simple. I just came to my school and started initiating as many conversations as I could. After a while, my ability to have conversations improved and I became more social, but it still wasn't enough because I had a lot of mistakes and I was struggling to talk to girls. But after a while I realized that it's way easier than it seems and I just started initiating more conversations. And after a year maybe I finally realized how to master this skill and accomplish every goal connected with it. By the end of my speech I want to say that learning skills by observing others is a really beneficial thing, especially if you're looking at a professional. Because when you're looking at a professional you're memorizing his patterns and then repeating them in your own practice. That really benefits your skill. Even if you're not a professional in a specific sphere, you just can look at the professional for a period of time and you'll improve significantly. So after all I want to say that I appreciate any experience and probably I would like to have more of these experiences when I had to learn something from observing, and honestly this benefits me a lot and helps me foster different parts of mind.
