So the skill I learned from an online video was how to decrease the level of procrastination, to be honest, because at that moment I was so depressed and my self-esteem was low because I failed several exams. I started to search how to decrease being lazy and started to search on some social media and through the internet. So it was interesting, to be honest, because today I'm doing it every time, using methods to avoid such a state. I found it through YouTube because other apps such as TikTok or Instagram did not provide such well-constructed information about solving this problem, so YouTube was the only way to find it. And in the first days after understanding the methods of judging myself before doing this and after doing this, to be honest, it was a hard realization. It took me time to understand it completely, so it took me about seven days to find it easy. So the thing I want to conclude is that I would recommend watching some videos to at least increase your self-esteem and learn further.
