I would consider myself a fast learner when it comes to cooking because I grew up in a family with members who love to cook. When I was young, I always took time to observe my mom or my grandmother prepare meals for the family. I think I picked up the skill naturally at a very young age. That's why when I started cooking for myself, I learned quickly. I wanted to learn it because I believe being able to feed ourselves a delicious meal is very rewarding. I also wanted to control the ingredients I use in my meals and what I put in my body to ensure everything is of good quality and will enhance my health. I began learning to cook when I was in elementary school. My grandmother just needed a hand, so I helped her in the kitchen. That's how I became more familiar with cooking and have continued to learn ever since.
