Even my mother tongue, I always find something difficult to understand or enjoy studying about it, talking about the language. Or English language, I start to learn and focus on studying it about five years ago when I finished my senior high school studies. The way I learned this subject was by joining a course and also participating in an English community. In the course, my teacher taught me to memorize vocabulary and explain grammar. Furthermore, I didn’t understand the grammar and it was also hard for me to memorize the vocabulary. Even now, I remember that two or three days after I memorized this thing, I would say next day I will forget it again. And the reason I found this subject difficult to learn is that I’m really good at math. And based on some research, people who excel or smart a math or calculate, they often find something hard to learn about language or art. That’s why I feel that thing I really hard to understand about the language.
