I used to be quite a good baker when I was a teenager, and I was thinking about opening a bakery in my hometown. So even now, if I would like to start a small business, I would probably open a bakery shop because it's quite simple. I like the smell of pastries, and it seems to me that these are the types of products that always reflect in our minds. I don't know any person who doesn't like pastries, especially in the early mornings when you need a croissant with coffee; it's quite a good start for everyone. However, I think that there are a lot of challenges in opening such a business, because you need to find a really good place where there would be a lot of customers who would like to try your product, give you feedback, and encourage you to create something new. And I know that the first challenge is to find a place, to find chefs, and to find employees for your shop.
