A week ago I went to an eco park with my friend whose name is Tom. Actually we were close friends from high school but we had not seen each other in almost a year because of our studies. As we were both on our semester break we want to meet up. Our actual plan was meeting in a park and going to a restaurant for dinner but my friend was a bit late thus we ended up staying there. We pursued to take out milk glasses and hot dogs from a small street vendor and found a comfortable bench to enjoy them. We spent about 3 hours watching people went by talking about random things that came up plus the weather that day was really nice and had been raining in the evenings all week so we were a bit worried that we might have to go home early but it turned out to be a fine evening. Honestly during the day I felt an ambivalence because getting touch with my friend after a year reminded me a lot of childhood memories. It was one of the things which made the day so special for me. Plus we updated each other and discussed our future plans and in that day I realized that sometimes we only need our friend and good conversation to make the day remarkable.
