In our culture, we cannot imagine holidays without their special meals. A couple of years ago, my classmates and I celebrated Navros at our school, and the special meal of Navros is sumalik. This is one of the prestigious meals we have in our culture for our national holiday. Actually, sumalik is very delicious and of good quality because the process of cooking sumalik takes about one or two days, as it requires special spices and unique ingredients. So, a couple of years ago, we celebrated Navros at our school with my classmates. As I mentioned, it was one of the most interesting parties I have ever had because this was the first party I celebrated with my classmates and my best buddies. The reason it is so special for me is that sumalik is my favorite meal. The ingredients of sumalik include sugar, flour, and various fruits as well.
