I would like to talk about a really joy sport is swimming. I usually go swimming 2 or 3 times a week, depending on how busy I am. It’s not only a great way to stay in shape, but also something I find incredibly relaxing. I started learning to swim last year. I didn’t have guts before. Even though I’m not afraid of water, science I started learning to swim. I became more and more confident as my skills improved and over time I really enjoyed it. Not only it is a full body workout, but also every muscle without putting too much strain on your joints. It is also a great way to relieve stress, especially after a long day. The moment I get into the water, I feel calm and refreshed. Another reason I enjoy swimming is its flexibility. I can do it alone to clear my mind or with friends for fun. Plus, I can swim at my own base, which makes it suitable for almost anyone. For me, it’s the perfect combination of exercise and reduce stress and feel better.
