I usually use it for surfing on social media and looking up for answers on Google or maybe to watch some videos on YouTube. In addition to that, I also use it for shopping purposes for doing online shopping. I frequently buy some things for my home or maybe some clothes and I generally use it throughout the day because I do need it for my studies and also to do some research on different topics. So I use it during the whole day but usually at night I use it very less and I just use it for 15 or 20 minutes at night and then I go to sleep. I believe that it is important to reduce the usage of technologies especially the internet in our daily life because it is taking a lot of our time and we are not that much connected to ourselves as much as we are connected to the mobile phone or the digital world we can say. So I believe that we must limit our usage according to our needs.
