I usually use the internet as it is the most accessible and available to the general public. I use it for surfing social media, looking up answers on Google, or watching videos on YouTube. In addition to that, I also use it for shopping purposes, specifically for online shopping. I frequently buy items for my home or clothes, and I generally use it throughout the day because I need it for my studies and to do research on different topics. So, I use it all day, but usually at night, I use it very little, just for 15 or 20 minutes before I go to sleep. I believe it is important to reduce the usage of technology, especially the internet, in our daily lives because it takes up a lot of our time, and we are not as connected to ourselves as we are to our mobile phones or the digital world. Therefore, I believe we must limit our usage according to our needs.
