I’m going to describe a time that I received a phone call from strangers who I didn’t know in a public place. It happened to me a year ago when I was drinking a coffee in AOP shop near my house. My phone rang and the caller id didn’t show any name in my phone. The phone number wasn’t familiar to me too. At first my mother said that it might be, it might come from um, some advertised companies, therefore I shouldn’t hear them. However, I decided to here because I thought that there might be a chance for me to hear some good advertisements. Truthly, it came from a representative in a community project which organized some events and I uh, participated one of them. But the day before they wanted to hear some feedbacks from participants and I was calledored. At first I didn’t know how to describe my emotions because it might be not good to speak too loudly and I public places, I spoke very politely that the event was quite good and they should improve in publicity so that they can uh, attract more people to their events. Finally I told them that they can say some emails or forms so that I can fill instead of calling me like this. They agreed and I felt that I did something good to have them improve their services.
