Well, I have experienced such situations several times throughout my life. However, one of the most meaningful experiences happened approximately six months ago. In fact, at that time, I was quite overloaded with my full-time job. However, my friends recommended taking a trip to a mountainous area. Additionally, we traveled there in our private car as it was convenient. During our trip, we experienced several challenges that gave us a sense of frustration. For instance, suddenly the car started producing loud noises and its engine provided us with malfunctions occasionally. The car discontinued moving in the middle of the road. As a result, we were quite confused and discouraged by the situation. My friend took the situation into account and contacted a mechanic in order to address the problem. Moreover, he spent three hours repairing our car. During that period we engaged in several activities that encouraged us to cope with our stress. For instance, we were impressed by taking images of the breath, taking view of the landscape. Then we collected flowers and had conversations with each other. Therefore, it enabled us to refresh our minds and build up our strengths. Ultimately, the mechanic was able to repair our car and we expressed our appreciation to him. All in all, despite being frustrated by the situation, this experience encouraged us to become more resilient and well-tempered in such cases. Moreover, we were able to focus on our trip and I appreciate our long-lasting friendship.
