One time when someone apologized to me was about a years ago. It was my best friend Anna, uh, who apologized to me after a uh, misunderstanding we had. The incident happened when we were planning a weekend trip together. We had both been looking forward through it for weeks, however, due to some miscommunication and uh, I ended up making all arrangements that conflicted with the plans we had discuss. I feel quite upset and frustrated because I thought we had forgotten or ignored that we had agree upon. When Anna realized the mistake, she called me immediately and apologized sincerely. After she apologized, I felt a mixture of emotions. Initially, I was still a bit upset because our plans had been affected.
