Well, recently my friend invited me to grab some coffee and ketchup. One of the things she told me was that she failed the IELTS test. She said she was feeling down and didn’t know how to improve her English and learn a language fast. I saw she was in a bad mood and I tried to my best. I advised my friend to push herself out comfort zone and I said that she should enhance her general English first and suggested watching a variety of TV shows, movies, interviews and so on. And especially listening to English podcast that really helped her in listening section such as 6 minutes English by BBC. Besides that I told her she need to focus on enriching her vocabulary by learning a variety of items, phrases and word collocations. This is such advice that also helped me in the helped me most in the past. I am so glad as my friend listened to me very carefully. She got really inspired and thanked me for such a useful and valuable advice and told me she would follow my advice.
