Over the years I’ve been privileged to work in a team. Um, however, today I like to talk about a particular role life play as a team member. It was actually a party I end of the eight party. We usually organize annually and uh, usually in those occasions team members, ah, have been nominated. So among the team members I was called and my friend as well. In total we were about five members. Then we set out to make lines on how to make the end of the year get together successful. Unfortunately, along the line most of the team members are relaxed. They fell back and um, the plans um, wasn’t forthcoming. Then this friend of my Rosa to the locationion and took the over it home and practically did everything by calling most of the people. Like we needed Keter and decorators that would design the ven we were going to use for the party. She almost did everything, um, and she was actually the one calling some of the teaming member and um, was giving us the necessary p to follow up with most of the workers we hired to perform one service or the other in the party. And um, then she had this spirit of not getting feeling frustrated in the fact that we almost left everything to her. Rather she kept encouraging us to put in our be and make sure the fy was successful. And then this kind of encouraged some of us myselflusive to wake up to the occasion and uh, put in our bed. Unfortunately, the party wass successful and this really made us proud. At the end of the party we were over the moon and actually proud of our achievements.

This kind of encouragement motivated some of us, including myself, to wake up to the occasion and put in our best. Fortunately, the party was successful, and this really made us proud. At the end of the party, we were over the moon and truly proud of our achievements.
