Well, internet is the vast resource that can provide anyone with any sort of problem and every solution can be found on internet whether it can be Facebook or YouTube or any other website. So I had also encountered one such problem and I have been able to found several remedies from the internet. So basically about two years ago I was having problem with my glucose control and I had no idea about how to control all my sugar level in my blood. So I had to go through an extensive research on internet and I have found out the solution for this from YouTube and there are several channels that offers me that particular solution. So basically internet has showed me that in order to reduce your glucose you need to lower your carbohydrate consumption. At the same time you would also need to increase your protein and fat intake. So this would balance out all this carbohydrate and I think without internet I would not be possible to obtain this knowledge and further implement in my life. Another advantage of internet is that I found this during my emergencies when I had no other option and I had also no financial situation to reach out to my doctor. So as a result internet came to me as a blessing and I think it gave me an instant solution to my problem. At the same time I think internet can provide anything sustainable information to any individual. So to put it in a simple way I can say that internet has a vast pool of knowledges and in order to find a solution one has to go through proper channel and find the proper information from authentic sources.
