Well basically I’m a very health conscious person and I’ll have to maintain uh, physical health by doing regular physical exercises, maintaining diet. Um. But uh. I vividly remember the time when I got sick. It was uh. It happened just a few months ago. At the time I was severely suffering with cough and fever. However, I managed uh, it by visiting physician, took the prescribed medication and uh. Had had uh. Adequate restust. By taking some small precautions like uh. Drinking some hot tea along with hot soups I managed to get back to my normal condition. With the help of my relatives and friends I could uh. Come again to the normal condition and uh, again I can go. At that time I just took a leave for about uh, one week. And uh. After come after becoming normal and uh. Healthy I managed. At the same time I managed to uh, do. Do the work. So in this way uh. I learned that even when we get sometimes sick it’s not a big issue. We just need to manage it carefully. Take the prescribed medication and take some rest so that uh. We will be back and we can do our normal routines as usual.
