I’d like to tell you about my experience when I felt deeply disappointed. It happened in 2025 during my IELTS study. I met my friend and so we met at the cafe nearby in my home. Then as we had discussion or conversation, my friend asked me about what I worked on that time. So then I replied that I still studied IELTS and prepared for taking the IELTS exam. Instead of supporting and giving some encouragement, he asked me about and also give me such a negative comment that it wasted time for me to study IELTS for longer time. So then I was angry after hearing that comment and instead of expressing my anger directly or my disappointment, I decided to ask him back and also try to put myself in his shoes in order to understand what was going on in his mind and what was the reason. He gave me such a comment. So then when I was at home, my anger still lingered. Every time I remembered that question or that comment, after then I decided to meditate in order to calm myself down and try to forgive you.
