At that time he had received two job offers, one provided higher salary and while the other provided more opportunities for career development and training opportunities. He couldn’t decide because both of these job offers had their own advantages. Since I have been working for 5 years, I had many perspectives and different perspectives from him and I suggested him to choose second option. I told him not focus to higher salaries, but focus to his personal and professional development. I explained that gaining valuable lessons more important and better rather than achieving higher salaries. After thinking for a few days, he finally decided to choose second option that one provided career opportunities and I was really happy to hear that because career development and training opportunities can lead him to have a bigger job with higher salaries in high hand. Overall I was glad to apply and suggest him because I want to share the other perspective rather than focus on salaries.
