It was a time when I recently moved into Canada from India. I moved here as a student and I started my studying in 2020. As soon as I commenced my course in Lampton College, Miss Saga, I found it challenging to cooperate with the cultural shock as it was totally different from mine. I found it challenging because of the different environment as well as different people over here. I believe that it changed me a lot because I had to go through many things such as managing my day-to-day life on my own without the help from my parents. It was a responsibility for me that changed me a lot. I would like to say that if the older or younger people adopt more easily, I would say younger people are the ones who can easily adopt things because of their physical capacity and their mental wellness. Even in an American research, it showed that younger people are the ones who can easily grab things than the older ones. So to answer your question, this was a time when I had to adopt a new environment.
