I would like to describe a time when I had to wait in a long line. It was at the national identification station in my country. I needed to get a new ID card because my old one had expired, and I was participating in a national competition that required it. I knew the identification station was already crowded, so I planned to leave home early to avoid the rush. I aimed to arrive at 5:30 a.m. to get my ID card quickly. Unfortunately, I woke up late and arrived at 8:00 a.m., only to find the place already packed with people. I had to join the long line and get a number. I waited patiently, but by 4:00 p.m., my turn had not come. The staff announced that anyone who had not received their ID card would have to return the next day. I was incredibly disappointed, but I resolved to be there before 6:00 a.m. the following day. I was determined to get my ID card, and I finally succeeded.
