Back when I was still in Japan, I had a part-time job. My Japanese co-worker could not speak English at all, so I helped them translate Japanese words for our customers who spoke English. Usually, my Japanese friend would react by saying, 'Wow, you can speak English? That's so cool! We cannot speak English at all.' That's how they always reacted to me. It was a pleasure to help them communicate with our customers from all around the world in our part-time job. I felt so happy that I got to know the kind of customers I met and understood their demands.
