Help, this word refers to a lot of things. Helping means to assist someone; it can be financial, emotional, or any kind of support. The last time I helped someone was actually in 2024, I mean last year. I helped my friend who had been recovering from trauma caused by his girlfriend, which was a very sadistic experience for him. He is younger; his age is 24. We have been friends since 2019, and I helped him reduce his sadness and reconstruct his mental health. His mental health was broken due to his girlfriend leaving him, and that's why I provided him with mental counseling. After today's counseling, he was recovering quickly. You know that I am a very good counselor, actually a mental counselor. It made me very happy, and after seven days, he reduced all kinds of mental trauma, thankfully to God. I was very happy to have participated in his recovery.
