So I filed a, uh, complaint about this. And then one of the representatives of customer support called me on my phone and asked me if they gave me the full refund, could I please, um, allow them to close the case. And, uh, I was, um, pleantly agreed to this, to this deal. I was happy about, ah, this result because they didn’t pass the blame to the manufacturer or me, and they just, uh, agreed to give me the refund. Ye, that’s why I’m happy.
