I missed a huge opportunity for me. It was a scholarship in Poland for the Erasmus program. It was only for three months in my second master's year, but I didn't know that it was for a short time. I thought it was long-term, and I believed it would complicate my master thesis preparations. So, I decided not to apply for that program because I thought it would make my academic journey more complicated and that I didn't have enough time for it. The sixth or seventh girl in my class applied for it and got the chance to go there. After hearing that she went to Poland, I felt really frustrated and useless, thinking that I lost a great chance and experience. I studied hard and achieved second place, yet I didn't receive any scholarship, while others who placed seventh got the chance to go there.
