During my college days, I was once tasked with overseeing the annual Christmas Festival. As an introverted individual, this task was quite challenging for me, as I was required to facilitate the gathering of people, something I usually shy away from. However, the seniors approached me with a request, and I complied. I initially devised a plan and instructed students to come up with performances. I ensured that everything went according to the plan I devised. Even though I failed to incorporate others' opinions or advice in implementing the event, I actually received positive feedback once the event was over. I personally did not participate in the event, as I decided that I should stick to my job. Once my job was finished, I left the site, believing that my services were no longer needed.
