A significant challenge I faced was in my job as a contractor in West Jakarta, working in construction. In construction, we often encounter challenges. For instance, when a project falls behind schedule, we have to find solutions. My team and I engaged in discussions to address the issues we faced. We sometimes had to adapt our approach to solve the problems. My job consistently presents challenges, but I love it. When my project is completed, I feel happy, grateful, and joyful because it helps people and makes their lives easier. I believe that overcoming difficulties adds to the joy of problem-solving. This experience has taught me resilience and the importance of teamwork, and it has reinforced my passion for my work. Each challenge I face ultimately contributes to my growth and satisfaction in my career.
