I'd like to talk about the time when I saw a lot of plastic waste on a beach during a trip to a coastal town last year. I was shocked to see plastic bottles, bags, and wrappers scattered everywhere on the sand and near the water. I thought it was just because travelers or tourists left their trash without caring for the environment. That place, which used to look beautiful, now looked dirty and polluted. We decided to collect some of it with my friends and put it into recycling bins nearby. Even though this was a small action, I felt proud and satisfied with my choice because we tried to make a difference and make that place look beautiful again. That experience also made me realize how serious and dangerous plastic pollution is. Now, I always try to reduce plastic use and, whenever possible, recycle.
