Recently, I wanted to buy a jacket. I sent a message to a customer service team of a fashion shop to ask about information, but it took a while for me to get a reply from the shop. I think the startup shop might have been overwhelmed by the number of orders. The shop was unable to answer my question in addition. The shop also sent a message to apologize for this problem. Therefore, I accepted the policy and continued discussing the product information.
