But here I would like to talk about the time when I sent an email to Amazon company but I received no reply for a long time. Basically it was happened when I was in my senior scanty education. One day my friend made a phone call to me and he told me that the Amazon company provided 50% off on all their products. So I was bit curious to buy so many products and saved a lot of money. So I bought two polo t-shirts from the amazon website. But when the products delivered to my home time I was bit confused because there were so many holes in the product and the quality of the product was not so good as they were seen in the advertisement. So initially I made a phone call to the delivery boy and he denied my request that I told them that to exchange my product. Then my friend recommended me to wrote an email to the Amazon company. So I sent them an email but they did not respond me for 2-3 days. It was very unprofessional behavior as an reputable company which is known as Amazon. So then I wrote a follow-up mail and luckily they replied me on that mail and they told that due to the sales they did not reply me. So they solved my problem within 24 hours. So from that scenario I learned a lesson that sometimes a delay occurs due to a general reason. So we should stay to be patient before the follow-up.
