So here I am going to talk about such an incident when I got late reply from a renowned company. I remember two months ago, one day I was crawling through Amazon website and there was a huge discount on ladies dresses. So I ordered one beautiful dress that was looking very bright and eye catching in pictures. So I ordered that dress at 10% discount. And when I received the dress then the experience was not up to the mark. The dress was a bit dull of color and also had some holes. So I sent a return request on their website but they cancelled my request. So after that I wrote them an email including my order number and reference ID and also I attached a screenshot of my payment. After a week, I did not get any reply. I fell to down in the dumps because I was not expecting this behavior from a renowned company. After this, I sent them another email and luckily I got their reply on a reminder email in which they also sent me an apology letter and they approved my return request and as a priority they delivered my new product within two days. So when I checked that product was beyond my expectations.
