I showed him how to make a daily schedule, prioritizing his task tasks and allocating appropriate time slots for each. I even shared examples from my own schedule to exrate how planning had uh, helped me organize my day better and avoiding living tasks, um, unfinished. Uh, secondly, I I taugh him the pomodor technique. I explained that this method involves working for a Fox 25 minutes and then taking a short break, uh uh, which is approximately five minutes, uh, to make it easier for him. I demonstrate how to set a timer and suggest he use a Pomodora app, uh, if we practice EP Pomodora decisionssions, uh, together and IJ I gave him tips on how to get back to work after each break. Throughout this process, I feled on cloud nine. I think tr grasp these concepts and start implementing them was incredibly rewarding. I could see the positive change in his productive and his over overall mode.
