Well, to be honest, one time I totally forgot about my best friend's birthday party, and it was such an embarrassing moment for me. The party was planned for a Saturday evening at this really nice cafe in the city center, and I had even promised to come earlier to help her decorate the place. But that day, I was completely focused on studying for my IELTS exam. I remember I was reviewing vocabulary and doing some reading practice, and I just lost track of time. When I finally looked at my phone, I had five missed calls and a bunch of messages from my friends asking where I was. At that moment, my heart literally dropped. I felt so guilty because I really value our friendship, and missing her special day wasn't something I would normally do. I called her right away to apologize, and thankfully she was understanding, but I could tell she was a bit disappointed. Since that day, I have learned my lesson. Now I always set reminders for important events, whether it's birthdays or appointments, because I never want to let anyone down again. So yeah, that experience actually taught me a lot about time management and keeping promises, especially to the people who mean the most to me.
