Okay, the time when I helped a stranger was when I was working as a volunteer for the International Forum. At the time, a group of people from Venezuela had to register, but unfortunately, the registration desk or the receptionist didn't really know how to explain about their rooms. The delegates from Venezuela had already booked a room one or two days before and wanted to extend their stay so they wouldn't have to move to another room, but the receptionist didn't understand what they meant. The delegates were very frustrated, and I happened to walk by and tried to help them. I asked if I could assist, and they explained what was going on. I personally went to the hotel receptionist and said, 'I can help you with this; this is not a problem.' They were very thankful, and I replied, 'It's okay, no problem, no worries.' I felt that I could be helpful, and I was so grateful that I could assist them.

Okay, the time when I held a stranger was when I was working as a volunteer for International Forum. And I feel like, oh, so I can be helpful. And I was so grateful that I can help them.
