So I want to tell you about the time when I helped someone, and that someone was my grandmother. It was actually two years ago when my father bought a new phone for my grandmother, and she was at first struggling to use it. At that time, I noticed how she struggled to press the buttons, but there were no buttons because it was a touchscreen phone. That's why I started explaining to her that there were no buttons and that she could use it just by swiping the screen. I downloaded social media apps such as Instagram, Telegram, and not TikTok, other social media by which we could connect with her. I especially installed FaceTime so we could connect with her through video calls. At that time, I felt like a hero, her hero, because in my childhood, she helped me a lot. It feels different when you are helping someone else, especially if it's your grandmother, because when you were a child, she helped you with so many things, and now it's your turn to help her. That's why it was such a meaningful experience for me.
