So I’ll talk about the significant obstacle which I overcame. When I was at my previous workplace, we were forced to work for long hours and even though there was not such workload on us, we were still expected to not complain about doing over time without getting paid for it. So I started having a lot of mental health fatigue and it was impossible for me to sleep at night due to which my work days became very difficult. I also applied for accommodation because I have a mental health condition and there was no action taken and I was asked to take compassionately instead and which was very frustrating because you’re supposed to take it only if a loved one is nearing death. So I contacted the Ontario Ministry of Labor. I build my documents, I build, I documented everything at my work place, all the harassment that has been going on and I Ontario Ministry of Labor basically helped me in this time to get out of it. They contacted the owner and they spoke to him for a while but even though it was after I left my job but it was teller relief that he is getting what he deserved.
