I'd like to talk about a time when I received unexpected help from a stranger. This happened about a year ago in my city. When I was on my way to an important lesson, I was waiting for a bus, but it was very late and my phone battery suddenly died. So I couldn't call anyone or get directions. I started to panic because I didn't want to be late. At that moment, a middle-aged man who was also at the bus stop noticed that I looked worried and asked if everything was okay. After I explained my situation, he kindly offered to help. He let me use his phone to make a call and also told me if I needed anything else. What surprised me the most was that he paid for my bus ticket, even though we didn't know each other at all. I felt extremely grateful and touched by his kindness. His help made me feel calmer and more confident, and it reminded me that there are still many kind and caring people in the world. I still remember this moment because it changed my attitude towards strangers in a positive way.
