I came up with a more flexible plan. I worked with different departments to create or alternative arrangements. For example, we offer a complimentary upgrade for some guests or just some assignments based on guests’ reference and extra benefits like by airbox transfer or late check hours to compensate for inconvenience. I also suggest organizing room location more strategically by our Jean family, long stay guests and special associates. The result was surprising. Most guests appreciated our effort and accepted the arrangements without complaint. We managed a voice major negative feedback and our operation during the BC period ran much more smoothly than expected. My manager and team members were so happy because we solved the problem without facing this. I sat down and felt too much. I felt extremely proud and reliant.
