I have a friend from my high school, and 10 years ago I tried to convince him to go to the gym because he was overweight. I used some arguments that were very effective and powerful. For example, I told him that if he came to the gym, he would burn calories very quickly and adapt to a new healthy lifestyle. Also, his clothes would fit his body much better compared to before. He was persuaded by my arguments, and he started going to the gym. I really felt happy because of that.

I have a plan from my high school and 10 years ago I tried to convince him to go to the gym because he was overweight. And I use some arguments that was very effective and powerful. For example, I sent him to, if you come to gym, you will burn your calories very fastly and you will adapt your new healthy life. And also your clothes will be show on your body very well when we compare it to before. And actually he was percieading from my arguments and he started to go to the gym. And I really felt happy because of that.
