So on a time when I was a child, like about primary school, so it’s occur when I need to speak in front of many people in front of the classroom. So like there are friends and also teachers that share me to speak the topic of physics. But on that time, I feel very nervous and also I feel stressed, so I cannot say it clearly and I cannot remember the skip. So therefore I feel like embarrassed. I don’t know what to say in front of a big, enormous people. But on a time I need to think right. So I tell myself that I need to pause and say 3, 2, 1 and inhale and exhale to become a relax. So I have a mindset that if I feel relaxed, I can do it better in the next time. And also another mindset is if I practice more, like practice speaking in front of the mirror, I could do well in the future. So therefore like when I change my mindset, so I could say it loudly with my confidence and act the rest of the show. So therefore like this issue can be handled and can be relieved. I feel relieved in the end.
