And after that, I feel so embarrassed and disappointed, so I give myself an alone time in order to reflect the problems that happened to me. And after that, I think I cannot manage or address my state by myself, so I just ask someone to help. My advisor at that time, they explained about my mistake, but they didn’t judge me that I will be always someone who makes mistakes. He gave me an encouragement and tried to support my mental health as always, so that’s so impressive, but it’s also embarrassing.
