On this day people usually prefer to wear new dress which mainly combination of red and white. Then many families prepare different kinds of dishes such as fermented rice which is locally called pantabat and fried hillshapish and some sui’s such as roast agar or pitta. Then people usually attend different cultural programs, hire folk song, dance and plays are performed. On this day I celebrate these events with my family members and friends. Early in the morning I woke up and wore a new dress which is the combination of white and red shari. Then I took snakes that is prepared by my mother. It is called Pandavat which is fermented rice in Ilja. Then I go out with my friends and attend in different cultural programs and also like to visit local fair where they represent handicrafts, toys and other local things and sometimes I would purchase different kinds of things. I think there are many reasons why Angel Pahalabushak is representing our root of tradition and also its start the Bengali New Year, beginning of the Bengali New Year. Actually the combination of music, dance and food makes the unforgettable experience for every people. On this day, all kinds of works of life people came together, we buy on their background and age. I love Vahalabhushak to celebrate that represent our country and the world.
