I am not a traffic law or rule expert, however I know one law in Kazakhstan. In my point of view, every country has such a same rule or law. In Kazakhstan, the drunk driver can sit for the wheel and can ride, because this can be cause of more accidents. I know about it when I had taken a part in one competition. I read about it. It was about a rule or a law for traffic, for roads. We took part in this competition. I read about it. I know a lot of traffic laws and rules, however I forget, because since then the time was going. Unfortunately, I don’t have any kind of driver lessons, but if I had one, I would follow this rule or law, because Kazakhstan has tough roads and so low-level culture of drive and drivers are so offensive, so irritating. This rule is important because today we have positive trends in our country, such as by the decrease of accidents, however in big cities, as Almaty, as Shumkent, this rule is very important because a lot of drivers can hit children and adults.
