I am not a traffic law or rule expert; however, I know one law in Kazakhstan. In my opinion, every country has a similar rule or law. In Kazakhstan, a drunk driver can sit behind the wheel and drive, which can cause more accidents. I learned about it when I participated in a competition. I read about it; it was about a rule or law for traffic and roads. We took part in this competition. I know a lot of traffic laws and rules; however, I forget them because time has passed since then. Unfortunately, I don't have any kind of driving lessons, but if I had one, I would follow this rule or law because Kazakhstan has tough roads and a low-level driving culture, and drivers can be offensive and irritating. This rule is important because today we have positive trends in our country, such as a decrease in accidents. However, in big cities like Almaty and Shymkent, this rule is very important because many drivers can hit children and adults.
