There are a lot of TV programs that I can think of, but off the top of my head, I would like to talk about Vietnam Master Beat. This program is organized for amateur and home chefs. Regarding the time when I discovered it, it was three years ago in the winter evening. My family and I were in the living room together, trying to find something to watch, and I was immediately attracted to this program. After watching the first episode, I became a loyal fan. This series is about competitive cooking. For example, all of the contestants have to prepare a meal for a hundred people, or they may have to team up to do that. They are free to create, but if they fail, they may be eliminated. This series has a lot I can learn about culinary skills, and I appreciate this. I think it promotes Vietnamese cuisine and culture to the world.
